My journey with Ragdolls began with a profound appreciation for this extraordinary breed. I founded San Diego Ragdolls with a clear mission: to raise exceptional Ragdoll kittens the right way, with love, intention, and the highest ethical standards.

Every kitten at Desert Ragdolls is born and raised right here in my Boise, Idaho home—not in cages or commercial facilities, but underfoot as cherished family members. From their first breath, our kittens receive daily handling, gentle socialization, and individualized attention that shapes the calm, affectionate, people-loving temperament Ragdolls are celebrated for.

As a registered TICA (The International Cat Association) cattery, I’m committed to upholding breed standards and ethical breeding practices. I carefully select breeding pairs for health, temperament, and beauty—ensuring every kitten embodies the best qualities of the Ragdoll breed: gorgeous coloring, luxurious coats, striking blue eyes, and that signature gentle, docile personality.
Quality Over Quantity
Desert Ragdolls is intentionally a small, boutique cattery. I don’t mass-produce kittens. Instead, I focus on raising a limited number of litters each year, allowing me to provide exceptional care, proper socialization, and personalized attention to every single kitten. This approach ensures that when your Ragdoll comes home, they’re not just healthy and beautiful—they’re emotionally ready to bond deeply with your family.

Desert Ragdolls operates on a first-come, first-served reservation basis. However, before accepting any reservation, I take time to understand your family’s lifestyle and living situation to ensure a Ragdoll is the right fit. These gentle, affectionate cats thrive in calm, loving environments, and I want to make sure your home and expectations align with what this breed needs to flourish. Matching the right breed with the right family creates lasting bonds and ensures both the kitten and the family thrive together.
